Meridian Group Named to Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations

TORONTO — Meridian Group has been named to the Global 100 index of the world’s most sustainable corporations for the sixth consecutive year, recognising the Group’s emissions-reduction programme across its energy and infrastructure operating companies.

Meridian’s energy sector has reduced Scope 1 emissions intensity by 34% since 2019 while expanding regulated transmission capacity, a combination the index specifically credited in this year’s assessment.
